Yoga is a brand new program offered at OHAC in 2018! Jennifer Cohen welcomes you to join her for hatha yoga, which uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha yoga postures strengthen and stretch the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
Classes will take place outdoors. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
