OHAC is offering outdoor yoga on the Dolfin lawn this summer.
We are introducing a new instructor, Rachel House with House Yoga!

House Yoga is a safe place where everybody and EVERY BODY can come to experience healing. House Yoga's classes are carefully designed to suit all fitness levels.

Experience movement, fresh air, nature, all the senses, amazing music, fun and community

Classes will take place once a week on Thursdays from 6:30PM-7:15PM.
These classes are FREE to OHAC members and will run between June 22nd and August 24th, weather dependent.
Just show up and flow with us!
Yoga mat required. Towel, water, sunscreen and bug spray are optional.
In case of rain, class will be cancelled so keep an eye on social media for updates.
